No Rep Clothing’s RETURNS POLICY
To be entitled to our Return & Exchange Policy, please ensure that the product is in original resalable condition. If so, please send the item to Unit 401, 4/F, Tower 1, Harbour Centre, 1 Hok Cheung Street, Hung Hom Hong Kong and provide us with the tracking number once the package is sent. Please note that our Policy requires you to bear the shipping fee of the returned item.
We will notify you once we receive the returned item and confirm the condition of the item is acceptable. In the meantime, please let us know what product(s) you would like to exchange for. If the product(s) you select exceeds your original purchase, you will need to pay the difference before we ship the exchanged product(s).
According to our Return Policy, the shipping fee for the exchanged product(s) should be borne by the customer. However, to thank you for your support, we will waive this fee for you this time for the exchanged product(s).
Customers are only eligible for one-time exchange.
